Hasseltoff won the 2025 $110,000 Alice Springs Cup for Dick Leech and Hannah Le Blanc breaking the track record over 2000m.

He was sent out the hot favourite and ran down his stablemate Write Your Name to score. Hasseltoff is a 8 year old gelding who has been trained by Robbie Griffiths, Tom Dabernig and more recently Phillip Stokes in SA where he found a new lease on life winning 3 times from only 5 starts.

He was then transferred to Dick Leech to be prepared for the Alice Springs carnival where he won all four starts. He will have a short leg up now and then will be prepared by Dick Leech for the Darwin Carnival.

Hasseltoff has now amassed over $710,000 in prizemoney with 11 wins for his owners.
