Manningtree Park established in 1994 is the base property for the housing of juvenile stock and racehorse spelling and includes the following facilities:-

13 stables
5 grass day paddocks with shelter sheds.
14 grass spelling paddocks of various sizes – all with shelter sheds

16 metre round yard
