Situated on Beremboke Road, 70 minutes drive west from Melbourne, Manningtree park has 180 acres setup for horses across 3 properties
Manningtree Park established in 1994 is the base property for the housing of juvenile stock and racehorse spelling and includes the following facilities:-
7 open under cover sand yards
13 stables
5 grass day paddocks with shelter sheds.
14 grass spelling paddocks of various sizes – all with shelter sheds
6 Horse Walker
16 metre round yard
Wash bay and horse scales
6 horse truck
2 horse float
Fully covered sand roll
Foaling down paddock under lights, foal boxes and video surveillance
12 nice size grass paddocks suitable for yearling preparation and young foal accomodation, 8 with foaling boxes
